Venison Processing

Here at Springfield Butcher, we offer a wide range of venison processing services. The following rates apply to hunters with an entire deer, which can be dropped off during normal store hours.

Prices for processing partial deer are varied, and price quotes cannot be given over the phone.

The “standard cut” processing includes backstrap steaks, leg steaks, hindquarter roasts, and ground venison. Other options are available, including stew meat and raw slices that can be made into jerky. We do not make the jerky for you.

We also offer venison sausage, which is available in six different varieties. This costs additional depending on various factors. For an additional fee, you can have your sausage smoked* and ready-to-eat. *5 lb minimum applies.
